Hi there! I’m Zach Dalquest.

I’ve been NASM certified personal trainer since 2019. Growing up I was no stranger to the gym having a mom who was a personal trainer, but after graduating high school and ending 6 years of competitive cheerleading I felt completely lost on my fitness journey. I struggled with self-image & weight gain until I eventually fell into the worst shape of my life.

By the time the new year came in 2016 I was craving more for my life. I went vegan & started to build more consistency in my workout routine until I had finally lost over 60 lbs. My goal is to take what I learned on my fitness journey & help others achieve their goals from a place of understanding what it’s like to have been there.

I believe that fitness is meant to celebrate our bodies, to move better in our daily lives & to enjoy all that life has to offer and I believe we can get there without restricting & without over training.

I offer training at my home in South Reno or can come to you if you have a space we can train in. I specialize in helping my client build muscle & lose fat. My belief is that fitness doesn’t need to be intimidating. When you train with me I will be your biggest cheerleader & an honest friend.

$80 per session for a la carte sessions

  • 24 Sessions

  • $65/session
  • recommended for training 3+ times per week
